Serious crash in East Greenwich injures 5

EAST GREENWICH, R.I (WLNE) – East Greenwich police are currently investigating a 2 vehicle accident that happened on Saturday. 

The accident happened on Frenchtown Road and Route 4, sending 5 people to area hospitals. 

Police say they do not have an update on the condition and identities of the occupants or cause of the accident at this time.
