Small Business Week award winners to be honored at annual breakfast

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — Fifteen small business owners will be honored by the U.S. Small Business Administration and members of the Rhode Island congressional delegation on Monday.

The annual small business breakfast will be held at 9 a.m. at the Pawtucket Country Club.

Rep. Seth Magaziner and Sens. Jack Reed and Sheldon Whitehouse are expected to join Pawtucket Mayor Don Grebien in celebrating growing businesses in Rhode Island.

The winners will have the opportunity to speak with members of Congress about their achievements.

After formal remarks, Grebien is set to sign a proclamation declaring Small Business Week in the city.
