Smithfield Toddler in Critical Condition After Being Pulled from Pool

A Smithfield boy remains in the hospital after he was pulled from his family pool this morning in Smithfield.

It happened at a Beverly Circle home in the Greenville section of Smithfield.

Right now investigators aren't releasing many details but they do say the 2-year-old victim had been home with his mother when a neighbor found him in the pool and rescued him.

He's in critical condition at Hasbro Children's Hospital.
