Rain develops after 8pm tonight with snow for interior and northern New England where over a foot of snow is imminent. Expect strong gusty winds for the ocean state on Friday with heavy rain especially in the morning. 1 to 1 1/2 inches of rain will fall Friday. The storm departs Saturday afternoon with breaks of sun. High pressure builds in on Sunday with full sunshine and dry weather. This stays with us through mid-week.
