Sox Make Roster Moves, Sending Bradley, Jr., Britton, Lavarnway to PawSox

FORT MYERS, FL – Prior to today's game against the Twins, the Boston Red Sox made the following roster move:

 

Outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. was optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket.

 

Executive Vice President/General Manager Ben Cherington made the announcement.

 

Following this afternoon's game against the Twins, the Boston Red Sox made the following roster moves:

 

Left-handed pitcher Drake Britton and catcher Ryan Lavarnway were optioned to Triple-A Pawtucket.

 

The announcements were made by Executive Vice President/General Manager Ben Cherington.

 

With these moves, the Red Sox now have 30 players in big league camp, including 25 active players from the 40-man roster, five non-roster invitees, and two players on the disabled list.
