Spectacular stretch of late summer weather through midweek
Thanks to a cold front that moved through Saturday night, and high pressure taking over, we’re at the start of several days of spectacular late summer weather. Sunday brought sunshine and highs in the low to mid 70s.
Look for clear skies, cool & crisp conditions for Sunday night.
Monday is another fantastic day: sunny skies, pleasant temperatures, and light winds.
If you’re headed to the beach Monday, conditions look great! The UV index (sunburn risk) is high, thanks to sunny skies in the forecast. Otherwise, no major concerns. The rough surf and rip currents have finally subsided.
High pressure has brought dry air to New England. Humidity is pleasantly low, and remains that way through Tuesday.
Look for a slight increase in humidity Wednesday into Thursday, along with rain arriving Thursday.
The only hiccup on the 7 day forecast: A front moves through Thursday bringing widespread rain, which may linger into part of Friday. Otherwise, the rest of the 7 day forecast looks great!
