Rhode Island State Police made the first arrest as a result of Twin River's Casino gambling on Wednesday.

State Police arrested 46-year-old Steven Sabitoni for larceny under $1,500 after he allegedly stole blackjack chips from another patron.

Surveillance video shows Sabitoni taking $250 of chips from the patron next to him at the blackjack table.

Sabitoni was arrested by State Police and permanently banned from the Twin River facility.

“The integrity of the gaming conducted at Twin River is a major priority of the Rhode Island State Police.  Those who decide to interfere with the rules and laws governing the Casino will be dealt with in the appropriate manner,” said Colonel Steven O'Donnell.
