A local lawmaker's husband is in trouble again.

After an arrest last month for stealing Shell Gas cards from a mailbox and making fraudulent purchases, Henry Fellala husband of State Representative Deborah Fellela has been arrested again by Rhode Island State Police for similar charges in Massachusetts.

Fellala appeared in court Thursday morning to be charged as a fugitive from justice. Judge Terrence Houlihan ordered Fellela to be held over night pending a morning extradition to Concord Massachusetts to answer to credit card fraud charges.

The judge said if Massachusetts State Police do not pick up Fellela by morning he will revisit the bail option.

RI State Police stopped Fellela's vehicle after they received notice of a warrant for him in Massachusetts. He was arrested without incident and held.

During his arraignment for the Rhode Island charges last month Fellala entered a not guilty plea. Fellela has similar charges on his record in the past say State Police.
