Stop & Shop implements one-way aisle shopping in stores

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) – Beginning today Stop & Shop locations in Rhode Island will implement one-way aisle shopping in its stores.

This new practice will better enable customers and associates to practice social distancing.

According to a statement from Stop & Shop, “Signage will be posted to inform customers of the new shopping pattern and directional arrows are taped at the top and bottom of each aisle.”
