WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) -- FBI agents spent the evening at several locations of a Koch Eye Associates in Warwick and Dartmouth.

The FBI told ABC 6 that agents were helping with "court ordered activity" and that they were there to assist Health and Human Services and the Office of the Inspector General as part of a federal investigation.

More than 10 agents could be seen inside the buildings, with unmarked cars also parked in the building's lot.

We've reached out to HHS and are waiting to hear back.
