NORTH KINGSTOWN, R.I (WLNE) - A silver pickup truck crashed into a Koch Eye Associates building in North Kingstown, causing significant damage to the building, leaving it with a hole in the wall on Friday. 

Witnesses say they the driver was sitting in the bed of the truck when police arrived on scene at 7805 Post Road.

The viewer who submitted the photo also said the driver appeared to be ok, and he was seen being arrested. 

Police are still investigating what caused the crash. 

A statement from Koch Eye Associates says that the building will not be open for business on Monday, and they will be working with their patients to relocate/reschedule appointments to one of their other locations.
