Warwick officer pleads not guilty to an alleged road rage incident from July

WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) – A Warwick police officer pleaded not guilty in court on Monday, for an alleged road rage incident that happened in July.
27-year-old David Boardman was arraigned at Kent County court on a charge of disorderly conduct and vandalism.
Boardman was released on $2,000 personal recognizance.
According to an arrest report, four men were traveling toward Warwick around 1:00 a.m. on July 14 when they noticed a vehicle, operated by Boardman, following them and flashing its high beams.
