According to the Bristol County District Attorney's office, The Body of 35-year-old Berkley resident, Marc Hanoud has been recovered. 

The body was recovered near the sire of the incident that occurred on Saturday. 

The District Attorney said the State Police Marine Unit were able to recover Hanoud's body from 38 feet below the water. 

The Office of the District Attorney would also like to thank all the agencies involved in the search.

FALL RIVER, MASS (WLNE) - The Bristol County District Attorney's office released a statement saying that the owner and operator of the boat involved in a crash still remains missing at sea. 

The D.A's office identified the missing man as 35-year-old Marc Hanoud, of Berkley. . 

The U.S. Coast Guard suspended its search for Hanound as of 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

A search was conducted by the U.S Coastguard throughout Saturday evening and continued into Sunday

According to the statement, the only other passenger on the boat was 42-year-old Brent Osborne of Middleboro. 

Osborne was ejected during the incident and was discovered in the water by another boater and rushed back to shore at the Tipsy Seagull boat dock in Fall River. 

The statement says Osborne was rushed to St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River where he was pronounced deceased at 7:05 pm. 

The D.A's office says an investigation into the incident revealed that it appears that the boat crashed as a result of hitting a large wave in the water at a high rate of speed. 

Investigators with various states, local and federal agencies are actively investigating the incident. 

No further information has been released at this time.
