MANSFIELD, Mass. (WLNE) - Massachusetts State Police responded to a call of a single-vehicle rollover crash on I-95 North near Exit 6A around 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning.

Upon arrival, troopers stated that the vehicle had been located off the highway.

Police revealed that the 2015 Infiniti Q40 had been driven by a 25-year-old male from Brockton when it rolled into the center median of the highway.

The vehicle was occupied by two people who were ejected during the crash, Officials state.

The 25-year-old driver was transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital but later died from his injuries.

The 27-year-old passenger was transported to Rhode Island Hospital and is said to have serious injuries.

The crash remains under investigation by Mass. State Police.
