Summer heat and humidity this week

As the mugginess crept in Sunday, it will take center stage most of the week ahead. We are expecting a return to the dog days of summer this week and when paired with the high humidity, will result in feel-like temperatures as high as the 90s most days this week. Starting with Monday, patchy fog will start off early then clear to sunny skies. Temperatures will start in the mid-60s and top out in the 80s, but it will feel close to 90. Tuesday, after some patchy morning fog,  we will make a run at 90 with the higher humidity and plenty of sunshine. We rinse and repeat the forecast through Thursday. Our next chance of rain looking to be about 30% from Friday night through Sunday. Cooler temperatures will also return for the weekend.
