Sunday Showers

Despite the wildfire smoke haze, Saturday turned out to be a perfectly July day. We will roll fog back in overnight and clouds will build in above. Lows will be in the mid-60s and yes, it will still be humid. Sunday will start with fog then lift to reveal lots of clouds and the chance of showers and thunderstorms. Any thunderstorms we see will have the potential of bringing periods of rain that will be locally heavy. This can, of course lead to ponding on the roadways. Temperatures will top out on the upper-70s. Monday will be a blend of sun and clouds, but will also be very very humid. There will be a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms as well. The Fourth will feature lots of sunshine and a slight chance of late day showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Highs top out in the mid-80s. Everything changes after the holiday. Wednesday and Thursday are looking hazy, hot and humid with highs near 90, Both days will be sunny and dry… for now.
