Sunny days ahead, with a snowy surprise in between

Providence, RI — Sunny skies return on Wednesday, with temperatures getting close to average, in the low 50s.

Tomorrow night a fast-moving cold front will bring a quick hit of snow showers to our area between the hours of midnight and 4am.

The snow will reduce visibilities and could even produce a gusty thunderstorm! If you are a night owl or late/early worker, don’t let this catch you off guard.

A chilly sunshine returns on Thursday, and dry conditions will last through Friday afternoon.

Rain moves in Friday night and will last through Saturday, which looks like a washout – albeit a warm one; highs will reach the low 60s.
