Surprise car parade held for Cranston teen’s 18th birthday
CRANSTON (WLNE) – A Cranston teen was surprised on his 18th birthday with a socially distant car parade.
David Rudolph turned 18-years-old on Saturday.
His family tells ABC6 they wanted the day to be extra special for Rudolph because he won’t be able to have a traditional high school graduation this Spring due to the coronavirus.
