The surviving Boston bomber may be planning to pin the bombings on his brother to avoid the death penalty.

Dzhokar Tsarnaev's lawyers may use the possible defense that their client fell under the murderous influence of his older brother Tamerlan.

Dzhokhar faces 30 federal charges in the April bombings that killed 3 people and injured close to 300.

Tamerlan died in a gun battle with police days later.
