Suspect identified in Johnston eyeglass theft, police seeking whereabouts

JOHNSTON, R.I. (WLNE) – The Johnston Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in identifying the man who stole from OPTX Rhode Island.

The male has been identified as 19-year-old William McNally.

McNally stole more than $10,000 worth of eyeglasses from OPTX Rhode Island, at 1277 Hartford Avenue on May 15.

The Johnston Police currently have an active Felony Arrest Warrant for McNally. McNally’s whereabouts are unknown at this time.
