Swansea police investigating after series of unlocked car burglaries throughout the town

SWANSEA, Mass. (WLNE)- The Swansea Police Department is investigating a series of burglaries of unlocked cars that happened early Tuesday morning.

The burglaries happened near Taft Avenue between 3:30 and 4:40 a.m. according to a post on the department’s Facebook page.

The department is urging all residents to lock their vehicles and to remove all valuables from inside.
