Swider, Records Highlight Local Ties To NCAA Tournament

The NCAA men’s basketball tournament starting Thursday night and no local teams will be playing this year in the bracket.

But there are plenty of local March Madness ties in 2021, including two players who will be on the court Friday in Indiana.
