Temps on the rise today as the sun comes out
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — We have a Flood Warning now through Tuesday at 2pm. Rivers will be cresting over the next 24 hours.
Today we will heat up! Temps will be in the upper 80’s and 90’s around the area and it’s going to “feel like” it’s in the mid 90’s.
Stay hydrated today if your outdoors and take frequent breaks to cool off.
The next chance for rain shows up in here tuesday evening. We have a chance of more showers and thunderstorms as we head through the week. The good news is it won’t be as powerful like we saw over the weekend.
Humid as we kick off this week.
By the time we get to Thursday and Friday, expect more chances for afternoon thunderstorms, but the humidity should be down a tad.
