Tenant evicted after prostitution scandal at Cranston massage parlor

CRANSTON, R.I. (WLNE)- The tenant who was running the massage parlor where an illegal prostitution ring allegedly was operating in Cranston was evicted on Monday.

According to the eviction notice, the tenant had allegedly been running the operation since 2017, when Cranston Police had gotten involved initially.

The landlord said in the notice that they will not tolerate any illegal or inappropriate activity on the premises.

The tenant will have until July 15 to vacate the space and will still be required to pay this and next month’s rent.
