Third suspect in Lloyd murder to appear in Florida court

The third suspect in the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd will appear in a Florida courtroom for an extradition hearing Monday morning.

Ernest Wallace, 41, turned himself into Florida authorities on Friday after North Attleboro police began a manhunt for Wallace.

Wallace is being held without bail for his role in the murder of the semi-pro football player on June 17. Police believe former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez, Carlos Ortiz, and Wallace shot Lloyd to death then dumped his body in a North Attleboro industrial park.

According to the Massachusetts District Attorney's office Wallace is expected to waive extradition and be transported back to Massachusetts to face charges.

Carlos Ortiz who was arrested in Bristol Connecticut was returned to Massachusetts on Friday to face a charge of carrying a firearm without a license. He was ordered held with out bail.

Hernandez is currently in the Bristol County House of Corrections being held on first degree murder charges.
