Three arrested in connection to April murder of 21-year-old Isaias Bulus in Providence

PROVIDENCE, RI (WLNE) – Three people have been arrested by Providence Police in connection to a murder on Atlantic Avenue on April 12.

Yazmin Rivera, 19, of Cumberland, Adauris Garcia, 19, and Devonte Lewis, 19, both of Woonsocket have been arraigned and held at the ACI for the murder of 21-year-old Isaias Bulus, according to a spokeswoman for Providence Police.

It’s unclear what each of their charges are.

Providence Police Maj. David Lapatin said a neighbor found Bulus dead in a car.

Lapatin said the passenger side door was open and the victim was found laying across the seats. At the time he said he believes the shooting was targeted.
