Trump says he’ll ‘take a look’ at Pardoning Netflix Star
WASHINGTON – President Trump responded to the question of potentially pardoning controversial Netflix star, Joe Exotic, of Tiger King.
According to an ABC affiliate in Harrisburg, Virginia, the question of Joe Exotic’s pardon came during the COVID-19 press briefing at the Whitehouse on Wednesday.
A reporter mentioned that Donald Trump Jr made a jokingly said he would consider telling the president to issue a pardon on Sirius XM.
“It must have been Don,” the President said.
” I don’t know. I know nothing about it. He has 22 years for what? What did he do?”, the President asked the reporter.
Joe Exotic, is serving 22 years on murder-for-hire charges against rival big cat owner, Carole Baskin, of Big Cat Rescue in Citrus Park Florida.
President Trump joked with the reporter asking if he was advocating Joe Exotic and taking a side .
The President ended the question by saying he would “take a look at it”.
