Turning Much Colder

High pressure is back in control and clear skies will abound, but temperatures will take a tumble tonight. A cold and dry northwesterly flow from the heart of Canada will drop overnight lows near 20 and with the light winds expected, it will feel like the teens at best Tuesday morning. The day will be sunny and high temperatures will be about 5 degrees colder than average, near 40. Wednesday morning will start even colder with chills possible in the single digits north and west of the city. Another sun-filled day is in store for Wednesday with colder than average highs in the upper-30s. Thursday will see increasing clouds as a system approaches from the west. It leads off with a warm front which will mean rain developing Thursday night and through Friday. The sunshine returns for next weekend.
