Two former Attorney Generals will merge their law firms

Two former Rhode Island Attorney General's are teaming up and merging their law firms.

Jeffrey Pine, a Republican who served as Attorney General from 1993 to 1999 and Patrick Lynch, a Democrat who served as Attorney General from 2003 to 2011 will team up starting July 1.

The combined firm Lynch & Pine Attorneys at Law will cover a range of legal issues from criminal defense, white collar crimes, personal injury, family law, estate planning and commercial litigation.

The firm will be located at One Park Row in Providence.
