Two Kennedy’s arrested for disorderly conduct, violating town noise law at family compound

BARNSTABLE, Mass. (WLNE) – Two members of the Kennedy family were arrested after police responded to the family compound Sunday.

Barnstable Police arrested Matthew "Max" Kennedy, 52, and his daughter, Caroline Kennedy, 22, after several complaints about a loud party and fireworks.

Both were taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct and violating the town’s noise law.

They both were later released on their own recognizance.
