Two men charged in connection to New Bedford Homicide Friday night

Police are still searching for the murder suspect.

NEW BEDFORD, Mass. (WLNE) – Two New Bedford men have been charged in connection to the ongoing investigation into the Friday night murder of Joseph Pauline. 

Christopher Boyer, 19, and Anthony Rosario, 20, were both found this past weekend in Brockton at the Super 8 Motel and taken into custody.

Neither one of the men are charged with the murder of Pauline. Police are still searching for the murder suspect.

Boyer was  charged in New Bedford District Court yesterday with Accessory to Murder-After the Fact. He is due back in court June 11.

Rosario is facing charges of Assault and Battery to Collect a Loan in connection to the homicide. 

He is being held without bail pending the results of a dangerous hearing on May 24.

A spokesperson of from the Bristol County DA says he investigation into the deadly shooting is “extremely active” and ongoing.
