Two Rhode Island men have been indicted on charges stemming from a 2014 kidnapping and sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.

57-year-old Robert Perry and 54-year-old Lloyd Baker were charged in a sealed indicted last week.

Perry is charged each man with one count of kidnapping a minor, four counts of first degree sexual assault, one count of second degree sexual assault, one count of conspiracy to commit first degree sexual assault, and one count of conspiracy of enticement of a child.

Baker was also indicted on charges of one count of first degree sexual assault, one count of conspiracy to commit first degree sexual assault, and one count of conspiracy of enticement of a child.

Police say that on August 21, 2014, Perry enticed a 14-year-old girl into his motor vehicle and drove her to a motel in Johnston where he sexually assaulted her multiple times. Its alleged that Baker also sexually assaulted the young girl at a residence in West Warwick and later dropped the victim off at the bus station in Providence.

The teen was later found in New York City two weeks after her disappearance.

Both men were arraigned Monday, pleaded not guilty and were ordered held without bail.
