Two New England car wash companies merging

Providence, RI (WLNE) – Two New England car wash companies announced they are merging.  Flash Car Washes are joining the Balise Auto Group, which currently operates three car washes under the Balise name. After the merger, all of the car washes will operate under the “Flash Car Wash” brand.

Monthly FLASHPLASS plans can continue to be used.

The two companies have car wash locations in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut. More locations are expected to open in 2022.
