UMass Dartmouth is getting praise for how it handled the investigation into Hookah Tsarina. The campus was evacuated after the attacks, when authorities learned Hookah was a student there.

An independent panel that examined UMass Dartmouth's response now says, students were never in any danger, and the school handled everything well.

The panel did recommend UMass look into its police force, which is usually under–staffed.
