He was described as a white male, 5’10”, weighing 170 pounds, with gray/balding hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, red long sleeve shirt, a blue flannel over shirt, and a dark colored baseball cap.
Police say he has symptoms similar to dementia. He is insulin-dependent, on pain medication and is in need of dialysis treatment.
He was also hard of hearing and visually impaired.
