The Rams open CAA Football the following week as they travel to Massachusetts to take on the Minutemen on Sept. 17. Last season, Rhody defeated UMass 37-34 on Senior Day at Meade Stadium.
URI then welcomes Fordham for its home-opener on Sept. 24. From there, the Rams head to Providence on Oct. 1 to take on in-state rival Brown for the 30th annual Governor's Cup game.
