Warwick man faces multiple child molestation charges
PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — Attorney General Peter Neronha announced Wednesday that a Warwick man has been indicted on multiple counts of second-degree child molestation.
According to court documents, 52-year-old Steven Porricelli was charged with five counts of second-degree child molestation after his arrest on May 27.
Documents further allege Porricelli sexually assaulted the victim who was under the age of 14, multiple times in Warwick on or about May 19 of this year.
The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation.
Porricelli is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on August 18 in Kent County Superior Court.
