Warwick Police: Man steals 14k diamond bracelet

WARWICK, R.I. – The Warwick Police Department is seeking help from the public to find a man who stole a 14k diamond bracelet.

According to a post on their Facebook, the unidentified male entered a Baxter’s Fine Jewelry store located at 200 Jefferson Blvd., in Warwick, last Friday.

Authorities say sometime between 10:00 a.m. – 10:30a.m., the suspect walked into the store, took a 14k diamond bracelet worth over $4,000, and concealed it in his jacket pocket.

The suspect then told the clerk he left his wallet at home and subsequently left the store.

Security footage showed the man get into his car, and drive off with what appears to be a second person in the passenger seat.
