Warwick Residents Say Road Work Damaged Their Cars

Residents in Warwick are getting a new gas line installed but are less than thrilled with some side effects of the construction.

Several people contacted ABC6 Reporter John Guice complaining of damage done to their vehicles from incomplete or shoddy road repair following the installation – particularly cracked windshields and damaged tires.

John took a ride through the area in question today and while he didn't experience any problems, people tell him they've shelled out money from their own pockets to fix damage done by the road work.

National Grid says anybody who thinks their cars have been damaged as a result of the gas line installation should contact them immediately.

John went in search of answers today and has the story in today's Voice of the People report.
