Water main break in Fall River cleared, construction to continue

FALL RIVER, Mass. (WLNE) — A water main break in Fall River shut down traffic Wednesday morning.
The incident happened in the area of Oak Grove Avenue and Locust Street.
The Sewer Department told ABC 6 News that a contractor was working on water lines in the area when the water main break happened.
Crews have since repaired the break and traffic returned to normal in the affected area.
Construction to the water lines is expected to continue throughout the week.
