Weather Alert: Snow Storm Through Tuesday

Periods of locally heavier snow has the potential of bringing 3-5″ of snow overnight. The Tuesday morning commute will be of particular concern with slippery and difficult to travel on roadways. Tuesday will have snow through the morning then mixing with rain in the afternoon. Tuesday additional totals will be likely 1-2″. The map below shows storm totals for the whole event Monday night through Tuesday night. It will be breezy at times with gusts near 25 mph for most and higher on the Cape. Snow will mix with rain Tuesday before ending Tuesday night. We return to sunshine for Wednesday.
