A West Warwick man is accused of killing his stepfather’s dog in Richmond last December.
Police say Christian S. Bartoshevich, 18, was arrested January 4 on one count of Malicious Killing of an Animal (canine).
Police say Bartoshevich’s stepfather filed a complaint on December 3 accusing his stepson of killing his small white terrier as retaliation.
Bartoshevich was arraigned before the Justice-of-the-Peace and released on $5,000 personal recognizance.
