Wintry Weather Trend

Starting tonight, we will start an unsettled weather pattern that will include periods of wintry precipitation. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through 4am Friday for the potential of slippery travel on area roadways. We will bring through several areas of low pressure with precipitation and colder air will infiltrate the region as well. As a result, we will see a mix of rain, snow, sleet and even freezing rain through Friday morning. Friday morning will see a cold front swing through pre-dawn. This front will bring in blustery and cold conditions for most of the weekend.
