WORCESTER, Mass. (WLNE) – The WooSox announced Tuesday vaccines will be offered to fans at Polar Park during the first June homestand.

After receiving a Johnson & Johnson vaccine, fans will get a complimentary General Admission ticket for that day’s game, and a WooSox cap. Fans must be 18 years or older.

Fans will be escorted to the first base concourse after getting their General Admission ticket. Those who already have tickets to this week’s games will be given a General Admission ticket good for a future home game.

Paramedics will be on site to assist with any issues.

“We are proud to be among the first Triple-A teams in the country to offer vaccines for fans during our ballgames,” said WooSox President, Dr. Charles A. Steinberg. “We look forward to continuing to do our part to inspire more people to become vaccinated in the City of Worcester and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.”

Vaccines will be available until June 6.
