NORTH SMITHFIELD,
RI- A well–known North Smithfield dairy farm
and bakery turns 100 this year. It's known it for its milk and cakes.

Wright's Dairy Farm started
back in 1914, by George Wright, and ever since it's been producing fresh
locally-made milk for its customers.

Over the years, the
store has made changes and added new products like ice cream.

“We survive on our
local customers and we certainly believe in supporting other local businesses.
I mean, when you're supporting a local business, so much of the money spent at
the local store stays in the economy,” said co-owner, Elizabeth Dulude.

Skim milk and éclairs
are the top selling items. Store owners say they don't know the exact date they
were founded, but they are planning a 100th celebration sometime this year to
thank the community.
