10-year-old Providence girl escapes abduction

PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — According to the Providence Police Department, a 10-year-old girl escaped an attempted abduction last night.

The incident occurred around 5:00 p.m. on the intersection of North Main Street and Nashua Street.

ABC6 reached out to Providence police for further information.
