11 dogs seized from Pawtucket home to be available for adoption

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — The Potter League for Animals said that 11 of the dogs seized from a home in Pawtucket will be made available for adoption beginning April 22.

The dogs will be available to view starting at 10 a.m. but will not be able to be brought to their new homes until they have their spay/neuter surgeries later in the week.

The Potter League said that the dogs underwent thorough medical evaluations and treatment, including shaving to combat severe matting.

More information on the adoptable dogs can be found here.

The couple that the dogs were taken from were both criminally charged.
