PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE) — A fire in Providence forced 13 people from their home Friday morning.

The fire happened around 9 a.m. at a multi-family home on Hillcrest Avenue.

Deputy Assistant Chief Kevin Jutras said that an 18-year-old boy was inside playing video games at the time the home went up in flames.

No injuries were reported.

While authorities haven’t determined the cause of the fire, neighbors told ABC 6 News that the fire may be arson.
