14-year-old has been charged in connection to Progress St. Homicide

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Providence Police announced in a media briefing Monday morning that missing 14-year-old Aliah Trinidad involved in the Progress Street Homicide on July 1, has been found.

Police say a 14-year-old was charged with murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Jorge Gonzalez Colon.

It is unclear whether the 14-year-old charged is Trinidad because she is a minor.
