PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WLNE) — A 19-year-old traveling on Seneca Avenue struck a parked vehicle, causing his vehicle to roll over on its side on Monday night.

According to Pawtucket police, the parked vehicle collided with another upon impact from the crash.

The driver did not sustain any injuries and refused medical treatment and was cited with a civil infraction.
